Business Analyst (RH/HR/HCM) - French Speaking

3 months - €600 per day - Remote with Travel to Paris when needed

French Speaking Business Analyst with experience of HR System Implementations needed for an initial 3 month contract. The work can be performed remotely but the expectation would be to be on-site in Paris for Workshops and Sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for the HR Systems Implementation.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy in project communication.
• Craft detailed user stories to facilitate effective development and implementation processes

To be successful in this role, the Business Analyst should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven Track record working with Tier 2 HR/HCM Systems
• Full implementation lifecycle experience (build requirements, design/creation to test and deployment)
• Strong User Case - User Stories to generate meaningful insights and support decision-making processes.
• Excellent Reporting and Stakeholder Management skills.
• French/English language skills
